Advisory Committee
Our Reason
We started an Advisory Committee this year. It has been very beneficial for the chapter as a whole.
The purpose of the committee is to:
- Aid in the development of a philosophy/mission for the Wilton Ag Ed program
- Help establish goals and objectives for the program
- Assist in determining requirements for students
- Provide insight, advice, assistance, and guidance to the Ag Ed instructor(s)
- Aid in long-term planning regarding program curriculum, equipment, and facilities
- Contribute to the development of an ag “network” to enhance student opportunities
- Participate in program evaluations and critiques
